Come experience a Grounding Soul Journey. We begin with a somatic grounding meditation togo deeper into your body. Then be guided on a shamanic mythical journey with drums andpercussions. On this journey you can see life from a different perspective and release oldpatterns and beliefs that no longer serve you. You will connect with your ancestors, inner child,spirit animal, or true self along this journey. Light language comes through for each individualperson.This work will help bring you out of your mind and into your body and the mythical world. In amythical world issues are able to reveal themselves more clearly without re-experiencing thetraumas.

For this Grounding Soul Journey the goal is to help you heal your past wounds, guideyou to listen to your inner wisdom, and empower you to embrace your full potential.“You’re not healing to handle more pain, anxiety, trauma, and depression.
