Led by the hilarious, Sara Humbert, this class combines mindful movement with plenty of laughs in a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere.
 
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the mat, you'll enjoy this 90-minute all-levels class that blends traditional yoga postures with a touch of humor. Expect to stretch, strengthen and maybe even giggle as we move through a series of poses designed to help you find balance — in body and mind. 
 
As you flow through the class, there will be a focus on connecting breath with movement, all while soaking in the fun vibe of a brewery setting. After class, you'll be able to enjoy the rest of the festival, continue the fun with fellow yoga enthusiasts and maybe return later to enjoy your favorite local brew  Sara makes suggestions, and you make decisions about your body!

Cacaoga: Liquid Flow is rooted in Free Flow yoga through the 7 Doorways but offered as a full, immersive experience.
We’ll move through creative, fluid sequencing designed to awaken the body and expand the breath. Expect an exploration of the full spectrum of expression strength and softness, power and surrender, structure and freedom.

This practice invites you to flow intuitively, to listen deeply, and to move in a way that feels both dynamic and nourishing.

We’ll close with a heart-opening cacao meditation to ground, integrate, and reconnect. The warmth of ceremonial cacao will support a gentle shift inward, allowing the practice to settle into the body and the heart.

Think of it as ceremony, movement, and soulful play woven together as a micro retreat.

Strength in the Circle is a collective, strength-forward workshop designed to disrupt autopilot and deepen awareness - both in how you move and how you experience effort alongside others.

This 90-minute practice unfolds in the round, removing the traditional “front of the room” and inviting a different relationship to strength, visibility, and choice. Instead of performing shapes, you’ll explore how strength is built, supported, and sustained through intentional movement and shared presence.

Through progressive vinyasa sequences, moments of pause, and guided reflection, this class offers space to experiment, play, recalibrate, and notice how connection changes the way effort feels.

Expect intelligent sequencing, options that encourage autonomy, and a steady, grounding intensity. This is less about pushing harder, more about moving with purpose.
