Quiet Currents: Yin Yoga + Chakra Tuning Meditation

This gentle Yin Yoga class invites you to slow down and explore the flow of chi through long-held, nourishing poses. By softening the body and calming the nervous system, we create space for energy to move freely and naturally. The practice is accessible to all levels and encourages mindful awareness, deep listening, and inner balance. We close with an extended savasana featuring a guided chakra tuning meditation that includes intentions and mantras for each energy center. This final rest helps integrate the practice, leaving you feeling grounded, open, and energetically aligned.
