Morning Meditation
Sunday April 26, 2026 9:00am - 9:30am EDT

Begin your festival day grounded, open, and deeply connected.
This gentle morning meditation invites you to slow down, breathe with the earth, and feel the quiet power of community as the day awakens around you.

Set outdoors in the fresh morning air, this 35-minute guided meditation weaves together grounding practices, breath awareness, sensory awakening, and shared stillness. You’ll be guided to connect with the land beneath you, the sky above you, and the collective energy of those gathered beside you.

Through visualization, mindful breathing, and moments of silence, this experience offers space to arrive fully in your body, in the present moment, and in connection with others. Sounds of nature, sunlight, and the rhythm of breath become part of the practice, reminding us that we are not separate from the world around us, but a living part of it. We’ll close with gratitude and intention, offering a calm, centered foundation for the rest of your festival day.
