Frequency Flow & Sound Experience: Move, Feel, Align is a 90-minute immersive experience blending creative vinyasa, intentional breathwork, guided awareness, and sound healing to support nervous system regulation and energetic alignment. Movement is used as a tool to release stored tension, cultivate presence, and embody a frequency that feels grounded, open, and connected.

The class will conclude with an extended sound bowl savasana, allowing vibration and resonance to support deep integration and relaxation. This class is accessible to all levels, with options offered throughout, and invites participants to explore how subtle shifts in movement, breath, and attention can create meaningful internal change.

In this 90-minute immersive flow, we’ll journey through the seven chakras from root to crown, building stability, cultivating creativity, igniting power, opening the heart, finding our voice, and expanding into clarity and connection.

Each energetic center is explored through intentional sequencing, breathwork, and moments of integration. Expect grounding holds, fluid transitions, heart-opening expansions, maybe even singing. 

This class is designed to leave you feeling aligned, energized, and deeply connected — not just stretched, but recalibrated.
