Raised in the Bronx, New York-specifically the Soundview section in Bronxale Projects. DJ 2K’s journey into music started by watching legendary DJs rock crowds live in the park and basketball courts. Those early moments shaped his passion and drive, planting the seeds for what would become a lifelong career behind the turntables.
Now based in Orlando, Florida, he proudly represent both cities, blending that raw New York energy with a global sound. As a pioneer alumni of Oak Ridge High School, he carried that same trailblazing spirit into the music industry.
As the founder of 2K Records and an A&R with JMJ Records, the iconic label behind 50 Cent and Run-D.M.C., DJ 2K always keeping his ear to the streets and searching for the next wave of talent. He made his debut working with XL106.7 on iHeartRadio. With over a decade of experience as an open-format DJ, MC, and producer, he built strong connections with local artists and radio while continuously expanding his reach worldwide.
