DeLand Yoga Fest

Resonance is a 90-minute yin immersion designed to recalibrate your system in the middle of the festival experience. As the energy of the day swirls around us, this practice invites you inward.

We’ll settle into long, supported yin shapes, targeting hips, heart, and fascia,  while live violin fills the space with rich, layered sound. The music won’t simply accompany the practice; it will move with it. Guiding breath. Softening edges.

Creating space for release.
This is where movement becomes stillness.
Where sound becomes sensation.
Where your body remembers how to exhale.

Expect:
• 3–5 minute supported holds
• Minimal transitions
• Intentional nervous system down-regulation
• A closing savasana immersed in live sound
