Join Nicole for a 90 minute session where you will start by learning why adding strength training to your yoga practice is so important. You will gain an understanding of how this supports your body, builds stability, and helps you move better on and off the mat. Then we’re going to put it all into action with a strong yoga flow and intentional strength training, tying it all together in one powerful experience.
