In this 90-minute immersive flow, we’ll journey through the seven chakras from root to crown, building stability, cultivating creativity, igniting power, opening the heart, finding our voice, and expanding into clarity and connection.

Each energetic center is explored through intentional sequencing, breathwork, and moments of integration. Expect grounding holds, fluid transitions, heart-opening expansions, maybe even singing. 

This class is designed to leave you feeling aligned, energized, and deeply connected — not just stretched, but recalibrated.
